During these trying times of Covid 19, I would like to assure everyone that I will take all precautions when I enter your home to tune/repair your piano.
I wear a mask, put on a fresh pair of gloves, and wipe down the piano when finished. I am also careful to social distance. You can trust me to do the right thing so that we can all stay safe. Thank you!
My name is Rick Langmaack. I have been in the music industry for 51 years, starting as a professional musician and music teacher, and then becoming a professional piano tuner/technician. My initial interest in piano tuning began over 26 years ago. I began by apprenticing with a number of piano technicians in order to acquire and sharpen my piano tuning and repair skills. Soon after I started my own business and it became a full-time career within one year.

My customers include Private Residences, Churches, Schools, Colleges, and Concert Venues such as NJPAC and the Prudential Center.
I have been tuning pianos at Rutgers University for 20 years, and have also tuned at Seton Hall University, William Paterson College, Kean University and Jersey City University.
